Hi, I’m trying to upload a 6000 images set and it got stuck in 3941. I have already canceled and tried again and it does not change. Also tried with Google Chrome Incognito but nothing changes. I am uploading these files for two days but now it is stuck.

Now it got back to uploading but it is extremely slow. In this rhythm it’s going to take some weeks to have it finished.

Welcome back! Are you getting kicked out of the upload screen. I have been seeing it happen more as of late. It appears to be uploading fine, I come back to check on it and I have been kicked back to the Dashboard. It resume until it finishes but can take 4 or 5 times, and that’s just 700-800 photos on average. It’s pretty inconsistent but it does always seem to be super slow when this happens. Have you tried a speed test when this is happening? I use fast.com and it will show the pipeline pretty congested but there is plenty of bandwidth left. It may have more to do with latency than bandwidth though. @Andrew_Fraser

I used to upload over 1,000 images at a time but lately have been getting message that the number of images is limited by my subscription type. Maybe someday the software will let me process on my local machine - would save DD processing expense and give the user more flexibility.
