Syncing flight logs

I’ve followed threads on this subject before but I have had no success. The problem is that DD flight logs have stopped syncing to DJI Go 4.

I use AirData for my flight records. To upload to AirData they need to be in DJI Go4 first.

Is there a fix for this please? As it stands I am not recording my flight times accurately.
