Hi, I created a flight on my android and it ran successfully however dronedeploy does not support uploading photos from mobile devices. When I log into my PC the new flight does not appear. How do I sync the android and PC so that I can upload flight from PC.
Where you logged in the same account when creating/flying ?
If yes, it should sync.
Check your wifi/4g is on
Make sure that you have the app open and are connected to the internet while on the app. It will try to sync in the background but if it fails and you shut down the app too soon you won’t see it on your desktop. If that fails, you can still just upload your images to map engine and it should work the same except you’ll just have to name it again, etc.
