Can I split a single mission into two smaller ones and upload to get a single map? Or will there be two individual maps?

If I upload the images (captured from the two smaller missions) to the single flight mission larger mission, it should create a single map despite having flown two separate missions. Is this correct? Thanks!

You can create two missions but upload all the images to one of the missions. You will have to recreate the perimeter. Then you will get one map in the project.
