When I design the flight path on a desktop - then open the flight plan on my Samsung S7 the flight plan gets rotated. Is there any way to stop this?
Hi @Cordelia - sorry to hear this. In general, the smoothest experience is to plan and fly on the app (though we recognize this is tougher for our customers in remote regions or who fly on behalf of someone else). We’re making some updates to our planning page, and it should be much improved within a couple of weeks. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks for your feedback.
