Recent annotation function update has many issues

  1. Line now can not be drawn within area annotations unless untick the area temporary.
  2. Area annotations are now more prone to accidental movement.
  3. Area annotations gone missing upon select on some of my maps, which mean cant edit.

Please look into these issues. I noticed that the recent updates to the annotations have made things worse, not better. Seriously.
