Como debo cargar puntos de control y verificación en tierra para el ajuste de la ortofoto esto con el fin de generar un alto grado de precisión en mis trabajos.

Can you please give a little more detail? DroneDeploy already uses GCPs so I’m not quite sure what you are looking for.
