Problems with slow speed and deviation from plan using Mavic Pro

A couple of days ago I flew a pretty big mission ok. Today many problems regarding variation in speed and deviation from plan. This happens regardless of if I’m using Samsung S8, iPad or iPad mini. On two different Mavics, one Pro and one Pro Platinum. The drone slows down, sometimes to a stand still…
What am I missing?

Pretty much suspect the new version 3.1.0 is the problem (came yesterday). Any way to go back to 3.0.1?

I would suggest getting your Mavic logs ready so we can analyze the telemetry.

Experienced same with my P4Pro.Refreshed the firmware and now everything is fine.

It happened to me last week on a day when the winds aloft were apparently 20 knots faster than on the ground.

It hesitated at the ends of a couple of the gridlines when turning back into the wind, looked like it was figuring out stuff, then poured on the rpms and flew fine.
