How large can you print a map before it starts to pixilate? Will each map print to the same size (Orthomosaic, DSM, NDVI, Etc.?).
When we’ve printed maps for our office previously, we sent a Jpeg of the map to the service and asked what size it could be printed on before it would lose resolution and got a quote per size. This was for prints mounted on canvas.
If you’re going with FedEx for a regular paper print- pixelate is a relative term, unfortunately. Like a Jumbotron - looks fine at a distance, but pixelated up close. 
Depends on the initial resolution also. You might try printing one small section at different sizes on a small printer to test pixelation
