I’m new to adding apps. I have read where you can now use Drone Deploy with a v2 unit, but how exactly?

Do I install the app on the integrated controller device, or do I use my iPhone to control it instead of the controller device.

I know there are inputs on the back of the controller but I’ve never used them as I have always just used the built-in monitor.

Presently the “+” model with the built in Crystal Sky monitor does not work with the DD app due to the way DJI configured it. Some people have bought a regular controller and bound it to the drone to overcome this.
