How do I get a parcel map layered onto my orthomosaic map? What kind of file do I need to import and where might I find that type of file? I’m mapping in Tennessee. I’ve looked at their website and can view the TN parcel map, but I don’t see a way to download anything other than a PDF. I tried importing that but it didn’t layer properly.
You could do it in DroneDeploy with a PDF or SHP (shapefile) or in QGIS with georeferenced files like an SHP, DXF or GeoTIFF. QGIS is the more powerful method and will provide a much more professional output. You can also turn a PDF into a TIFF externally and georeference it in QGIS if that is all you can get.
