No Point Cloud Toggle available

Hi there new to the forum. Was wondering if someone could help. I am trying to download a point cloud survey of a 3D model. Have upgraded to the business subscription. The user guide says select the point cloud toggle, however this is not available in my task bar. Can anyone help with this

Was the map processed before upgrading the account? Maybe process it again?
