Recommended: iOS 11.1.2+ and 1Gb of free hard disk space.

  • iPad Pro (2015, 2016, 2017)
  • iPad (2017)
  • iPad Mini 4
  • iPhone X
  • iPhone 8
  • iPhone 7, 7 Plus

You have iOS 12 which should be good. Is your iPad Pro a 2015, 2016 or 2017 model?

This is a known issue being investigated.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable after closing the DJI app can help.
