Has the no image window visible issue been fixed?

Can you see the left-hand navigation? I had this happen a couple of times and a restart of the broadband connection fixed it. Seems to only happen when I don’t have a good LTE signal.
I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app and also turning the mobile device off and back on to clear out possible conflicts.
