I would like to know if there is a way within DroneDeploy to fly in restricted areas, where I have authorization. How do I activate this?

I would search the forum a little as this is a much talked about topic. Here’s one example that may have a troubleshooting step that resolves your issue. You can email support@dronedeploy.com as well. I will also say that this is a persistent issue and people are still having quite a bit of trouble flying in restricted areas with DroneDeploy.

Unlocked Area

What is the best means (process or flow) to conduct DD mission when in an area that DJI Requires unlock? I have appropriate approvals, DJI Cert installed an activated … Yet DD ascends to altitude and pauses. Shutdown DD app, open DJI reactivate authorization, shutdown DJI APP, then reinitiate DD (or continue) and it seems to work. Is that the best way? Is there instructions to follow? Search of the topic listes a link from a DD ADMIN, but link 404s.
