Newbie flying a multiple battery mission

I’m planning a mission for quite a large area that may take 2 days to complete. Advice to the beginner, would you break it down into suitable chunks or plan as one flight with multiple batteries and even a possible second day?

It depends on how big it is and how many batteries you have. Phantom 4 Pro?

It’s approximately 25 Hectares and flying and Inspire 2 with 3 pairs of batteries. I’m thinking probably safest to set up 3 different flights and stitch the 3 together, but very happy to take the experienced persons advice.
