Hey there! We’re looking at DroneDeploy as an option for surveying some property that we’re looking to develop. I put in a request for contact with sales - both through the web form and through the chat bot - but haven’t received a response. We’re needing to make a decision very soon on this, can anyone help put me in contact?
Did you try the Assistant on the home page and asked to be connected with Sales? I assume that chat bot? You might try an email to sales, or even support. Someone’s bound to answer. @Adam_Carp
Yes, that’s what I was referring to! I haven’t tried emailing support directly just yet, I’ll definitely give that a shot. I hate to bug but we’re needing a solution asap
