My paid account has downgraded to Explorer

Being in the UK I purchase my subscription through a reseller. Unfortunately something has gone wrong with my renewal in that I have been set up a new account using a completely different email address rather than simply renewing my existing account.

My existing account has now as a result expired and despite my multiple emails to the reseller, to you and the reseller’s to you throughout the last few days, my account remains on Explorer.

Please can I ask you to remedy this error quickly? I urgently needed to upload the images from today’s projects today and despite my numerous requests to help resolve the error, whether it be yours or the resellers, I am still unable to.
