Mission exceeds maximum radius set in DJI Go"

I’m using an Inspire 1 with the latest firmware.
Maximum distance is set at 500m.
I’ve deleted previous versions and installed the latest the DJI and DD aps on both my IOS and Android devices.
I’m still getting the above message even though the mapping perimeters are well within the 500mm radius. Can anyone advise please?

Thanks for swinging by the DroneDeploy Community. I have a few questions if you don’t mind.

  1. When did this issue begin?
  2. Can you share a screenshot of your DJI Go app settings? We’d like to make sure that Beginner Mode is disabled and what your flight radius and altitude limits are.

My apologies for not replying sooner. I was advised by a fellow pilot on DD Facebook to disable the distance limit in DJI Go. So far all is working perfectly again. I flew a mission this morning with no issues.

Visando melhorar o conhecimento, fiz planejamento de voo no DroneDeploy para uso do Phanton 3 Standard. Para minha surpresa ao chegar ao local de voo e iniciar o check list, o aplicativo envia a seguinte mensagem "Mission exceeds maximum radius set in dji go"

Fui no DJI Go, e observei que há um limite de 500m de distância máxima, mas não há como aumentar esta distância, pois esta é a distância limite, que por sinal é bastante pequena para levantamento de áreas urbanas e rurais.

Vou anexar abaixo o meu planejamento que fiz no DroneDeploy. Em função do limite da bateria, fiz o planejamento de dois voos - Voo1 e Voo2, mas em nenhum dos dois, tive sucesso em fazer a decolagem, pois no final do check list, o DroneDeploy da a mensagem e simplesmente o drone não decola.

Pergunto: O que poderia estar causando este erro? Como posso resolver? Há alguma dica?
