I would like to be able to fly the same path over a site, creating a map that contains multiple layers, so that the differences in the map from week to week can be easily seen.

This would be of particular help in a development site, were someone might like to easily see the progress of the site by toggling layers like week 1, 2, 3, etc.

I saw someone posted this in May here; Adding Layers to Maps and the rply was that this was a feature request being worked on.

Has there been any progress in this?

If you have multiple maps uploaded of the same area you can toggle between them easily with the select of on the top left.
