Map crash always when zooming (iOS/Android)

Hi

Already contacted DP support about this problem but answer is not good. I want to know if I am the only one with this problem. After a flight operation and map processed is done, I use my iPhone 7 Plus or iPad or Android NVidia Shield to view my rendered map. On a Wifi or LTE cellular when I play with the zoom, I have a crash, the app close and reopen.

My 3 devices are latest DP app, available memory and space and only DP app open.

Happens on my iPad as well. I’m zooming in to something and want to go one step further and CRASH.

I have this same issue quite frequently. Very frustrating at times.
