Lost in the Cloud

My users are getting the lost in the cloud message when trying to click on notification emails even though they have accounts and are in our organization. They prefer that their browser not remember their login and it does not provide and opportunity to login…

Is that a cute way to say “server error” ?

No, it actually means that you’re trying to share with a user that doesn’t have an account. Worse is that since the free accounts are being limited that I think that they have to have a paid account. Yuck. We purchased additional licenses for our Enterprise account so that we could put clients on as edit users.
