Live map shows still uploading after over 2 hours

I flew a small mission covering about 8 acres using a Mavic Pro drone. I selected the “live map” option and completed the mission in one battery from an altitude of 200’. Its been over 2 hours now and the app says it is still uploading. I am connected to a cellular link but I thought the live map was handled within the app? What do I need to do differently next time to ensure the map is processed “Live”?

Thanks for reaching out here. It’s possible the upload is corrupted if has not proceeded when the drone + controller and internet are connected. Please reach out to us at support@dronedeploy.com and we can look into this for you.
