Thanks for the reply. I agree and believe that GCP and the differential GNSS systems would not be necesaary. Will try it out.

Well GCP’s use depends on the type of accident. When I got an accident reconstruction conducted through an external firm, they used GCP to determine the accuracy. So yes in some cases it is used but it highly depends on the situation.
