Is a part 107 licence required to fly missions for drone deploy?

Hi @Lonnie_Budd,

Thanks for swinging by the DroneDeploy Forum. Part 107 is required if you’re considering providing any commercial services using DroneDeploy. If you’re just flying it and using it for your own pleasure, there’s no need for it.

Drone Deploy does not task missions like other services. Its the map making bit of the equation.
