I have been trying over and over but it constantly says I need to upgrade. I thought I had 14 days to test and I’ve now lost a whole day. What am I doing wrong?

What drone? If it’s an Air 2S you may need to contact them because it requires an account which they may need to bypass. If not there’s something wrong and will need their help regardless. @Farai_Masheke
I’m with the same problem. Did you solve it?
I have no solution yet and am seriously considering returning the drone to amazon.
I just finished another frustrating hour trying to find an answer and emailed support@dronedeploy.com
Will let you know if they answer.
