I’ve been wasting time and money trying to do image acquisition with the drone deploy app on IOS full size ipad and on a samsung android phone. The first version worked sometimes, from about 3 weeks ago. The last two versions just crash, crash again.
Is there another a program that people are using to get images and then load them into drone deploy to do image processing.

Which version ipad and which samsung android phones are you using? Many older devices are not supported and will crash.
I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app and also turning the mobile device off and back on to clear out possible conflicts. Make sure no other apps are on in the background.
Older mobile devices do not have the processing power to keep up with the app.
