how best to shoot a image sereies for 3d mapping from a lighthouse with 30 m altitude?
My idea is to make 3 or 4 orbits in different altitudes.
That will likely work quite well, but remember not to capture too much horizon. Camera pointed more downward will likely help. And remember to capture some straight down imagery too.
