How to enable facade flight, inspection, and reporting?

I need to do a facade inspection but the option is grayed out. How do I access this ability? Is there anything different I need to do compared to a map?

I have the same question. Impossible to activate the vertical flight function. No response from Drone Deploy after-sales service. I hope it doesn’t reflect their customer service in general because it doesn’t make you want to.
