How can we add the scale from the the DSM or Contour maps that we make from QGIS?
And how can we get DSM for a map with some many colors?

I would suggest Bluebeam Revu. If you are going to be dealing with this kind of data much, especially in an AEC industry mindset then you will definitely want to consider it. Bluebeam is basically Acrobat on steroids with AEC industry specific tools. If you are already making the colored maps then all you have to do is bring the ortho in, scale the drawing and label away. I would make a template file that typical annotations can be copy/pasted from.
