Home point in offline Flight Planning

I was wondering if there is a way to better plan a flight in the Drone Deploy, maybe by changing the “Home” position and the starting altitude.
The problem is the following:

Let’s say we have to map a pretty steep slope and it’s not easy (steepness, plantation) or desirable (don’t want to be in the pictures myself) to start from the center of the area. You do the pre-flight planning, you set the flight altitude, overlap etc, but this is all useless when you actually go and fly, starting from another point. When you actually go at place, you will have to select another flight altitude and this changes all the flight path, time etc.

Any solution/bypass with that?
