I own a Phantom 4 and I’ve installed DroneDeploy on the tablet that I use to fly with. I get connected, but I’m unsure about what to do next. Do I manually fly the route? Do I need to be at the altitude indicated and what happens if I’m not? How do the photos get taken, and if I’m doing it, how often do I take them?

Step one is putting on a good pair of reading glasses and looking over at:

But in a nut shell, you will use the app or login via a computer and draw a shape around the area you want to map. You get to fine tune the flight by adjusting flight heights and overlap, but it is all pretty easy.
