Height set in a flight

Is it above ground level or take of point please? Eg if I set a height of 120 feet for a mission, the flight proceeds at 120 feet, but if I climb up onto a roof 60 foot high, does the flight happen at 120 + 60 or still at 120 feet agl

It happens at 60+120 as you said.

The height (= AGL) is relative to the take off point.

The zero for the AGL is the elevation at takeoff.
