I have a few projects that I shot and they are not showing up on my desktop. I have quite a few loaded on my device that I use in the field. When I try to open them on the device a message appears to log onto the desktop to upload images. None of these are showing up on my desktop.

- Can you verify that you are logged into the same DroneDeploy account on your desktop?
- You mention that you’re seeing a message, can you share what that message says?

Hi Christina, I am having this same issue. I have logged in and out of the web interface as well as the app on my iPad Mini 4. In the past, I have just uploaded the images as a new map but I want to ensure that my flight data is attributed to these images.
Are you on PC or Mac? If PC, run Chrome Incognito and/or reload the app on the Mini.
