Flight Plan in the Air

Hello People

Generally, I do the camera configuration with the drone on the ground and after that I activate the flight plan. My question is: is it possible to activate the flight plan with the drone in the air (100 meters high)? This way I would do the camera setup in the air and then activate the flight plan.
