Thanks for swinging by the DroneDeploy Forum. Can you share a bit more info?

  1. What is exactly happening? Does this feature appear and then disappear, or is it not visible at all?
  2. To verify, do you have the KML and SHP Import app installed in your DroneDeploy account?
  3. Are all of your apps and software up to date?
  4. Does this occur on both the DroneDeploy app and desktop website?

We’ll start with these.

Hi Christina, I am now using an iPhone XR. This has solved the .kml import problem (and also the video feed problem I had with an iPad mini)
