Clients have asked to survey the windows. It would be great to be able to map facades and not only roof areas.

Trying using structure mode in two separate missions. One higher and further out than the other. On the closer flight get as close as you are comfortable with so it will decrease the angle of the gimbal. This will clean up the model immensely and will also give you very high-res images for inspection. You can even go as far as to make an animation of the photos that can be scrolled through.
