Extrem ISO Values

Hi DD team

I learned that if the camera is set to automatic the ISO values vary.

I still don’t understand why that on very sunny summer days, the ISO values vary between 100 and 1600.

The effect if pictures are not normalized using Lightroom:

Multiple stripes of blurred, unstructured areas as pictures are overexposed.

Result after pictures have been corrected with Lightroom before processed with DD:

Blurred stripes are much smaller. Much more structured areas.

Thanks for the feedback Martin, we are taking another look at this to see how we can make it better
