Exported Imagery Degraded? Artifacts?

For some reason my exported orthoimagery contains thousands of white novalue null data artifacts across the entire image (see attached image). They do not show up on the image dispalyed in my DD online account, only after I export it. It makes the image not usable for my purposes. How do I mitigate this?

Hi @elanray - what program are you using this within?

I use ESRI’s ArcMap and home and at work. The image I previously posted is the result of importing that imagery into ArcMap.
