You had in a email dated April 21st that the export to jpeg feature was going to be available has this happened yet as I can not find the option

I have found the issue I was using Internet Explorer and when you clicked on the map it wouldn’t launch the new map interface so I used Chrome and all is good

And of course not available on free trial …

hi @cousin - Jpeg export is a part of the 30-day free trial of the Pro plan, but not the free Explorer account that begins after the Pro trial ends. Please see here for more information on pricing:
