Existing Exports not working

ProcessingThe computer has been showing for several hours that the orthophoto has been processed, and it is not progressing with the preparation. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi @Tal_Zelazny! If you’d like, please feel free to open a formal ticket with support@dronedeploy.com. If the map in question is hung up in processing, the team will be able to help further. They can also assist in generating a new export if needed.
