Errors trying to start upload in app2

Hi,

I’m trying to upload a dataset with 924 images using the PRO account, but when I click the upload button, nothing seems to happen. Looking at chrome’s dev tools, there’s an exception triggered:

tracker.js:10 ORIGINAL EXCEPTION: RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceededa.(anonymous function) @ tracker.js:10BrowserDomAdapter.logError @ bundle.js:99155ExceptionHandler.call @ bundle.js:139627(anonymous function) @ bundle.js:133699schedulerFn @ bundle.js:134500SafeSubscriber.__tryOrUnsub @ bundle.js:156109SafeSubscriber.next @ bundle.js:156064Subscriber._next @ bundle.js:156020Subscriber.next @ bundle.js:155997Subject._finalNext @ bundle.js:155493Subject._next @ bundle.js:155485Subject.next @ bundle.js:155444EventEmitter.emit @ bundle.js:134481onError @ bundle.js:133244onHandleError @ bundle.js:133167ZoneDelegate.handleError @ angular2-polyfills.js:353Zone.runGuarded @ angular2-polyfills.js:259NgZoneImpl.runInnerGuarded @ bundle.js:133183NgZone.runGuarded @ bundle.js:133330outsideHandler @ bundle.js:99847d.util.hasFunction.f.(anonymous function) @ tracker.js:3

Before that happens, I also see the following error:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://api-iam.intercom.io/vjs/users/ping. No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://dronedeploy.com’ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 503.

(not sure if they’re related). I hope you can help. We’re hoping to run a couple datasets before potentially starting a Business or Precision account, but right now we cannot even get started.

thanks

Thanks so much for reporting this, @Juan_Sanchez_Garcia - we made some corrections this afternoon. Could you please try again and write to us at Support@dronedeploy.com if you are still experiencing issues?
