Elevation Tab not working in browser

Hello,
I am trying to get elevation information off of one of my maps, however, whenever I click the tab the 2D map disappers and the tab stays grey unlike the others when clicked turn blue. I just need to know if I’m doing something wrong or is there a bug causing this? Thank you very much for your time!

I signed out and back in and it seemed to fix it, but re-occured about 20mins later. Very frustrating, but trying to make it work =/

I sent it to DD support, last tuesday.

The same day I received a reply telling me that they would check it.
