Elevation geotiff export missing tiles/blocks

I’ve tried downloading geotiff formats for the elevation map on multiple occasions and am getting the image/tile “blocks” missing. These are not always in the same place, but I have yet to successfully download one without missing tiles. I’m a new user, so can’t upload the image.

Any suggestions?
