DroneDeploy not loading Google Map issue

I log into dronedeploy and it connects to my Phantom. It sets up the basic polygon for a map, however the google map backing won’t load. We tried 2 different devices, 2 different accounts. Both devices connected to the internet fine, and was able to use the interet and actual google maps app without issue.

Not sure why this issue was occurring. We were uploading some other data at the same time. Would this create a problem?

Im having the same problem. I have tried restarting my phone, re-downloading the app and downgrading the phantom software. Still no luck.

I had the same problems yesterday but after few tries it worked.

August 14th. I’m having the same issue. No background maps.
