Dronedeploy displays error message during 'check list' for drone flight

Dronedeploy software starts running checklist for flight but stalls on an error message which reads.
“Waypoint Gimbal Pitch Incorrect”
How do I fix this?
Should I point the camera down at startup, or something.

I am using a DJI Spark and DJI controller and DJI GO4.

The DJI Spark is not a supported drone.
