Iam experiencing a black screen issue when using the DroneDeploy app during flight. The app launches fine, but when I start a mission, the live feed from my drone’s camera goes black. The drone is still flying, and the app doesn’t crash, but I can’t see the camera view.
What I have Tried So Far:
Restarted the DroneDeploy app.
Checked for app and firmware updates (everything is up to date).
Tried switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
Tested with a different mobile device, but the issue persists.
Verified that the camera feed works fine in the DJI app.
Is this a known issue? Could it be related to permissions, compatibility, or a DroneDeploy software bug? Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
