The logging out on occasion is acceptable. It happens. It’s the difficulty in logging back in that’s a problem. Especially when out in the field and ready to go. Clock is ticking!
I think you are right though. I don’t think it’s app related.

Hello All, I am experiencing a similar problem on an Ipad mini 2 however DD seems to start (splash screen, no text) than immediately shuts down failing to start. I am suspecting has something to do with an update as this all transpired after an IOS and DD update. Before that was working fine. replicated on a second Ipad same results. Any suggestions?

Hi Keach, sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Does the problem disappear if you delete and reinstall the app?

Hi James, No. Uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted (soft and hard), reset nothing helped. Reached out to DD with reply that the Ipad mini basically reached it’s lifecycle and DD will no longer support and or ensure compatibility. Out with the old and in with the new, the wheels of commerce at its best! I guess build to last doesn’t cut it anymore.
