Drone crashed and flight log is missing

I am on my dronedeploy trial and was surveying a site in order to create a topographical map. As I was about to finish, the drone started returning towards me but started losing altitude and crashed into a tree.
I have no idea what went wrong, it should have come over the home point without losing altitude and then land.
Now I am unable to find my last position as the flight log for this last flight is missing. Could anyone provide a solution? I need to find the drone, and, more importantly the memory card in it.

I have the similar Issue, Aircraft took off, climb to 100m(my preferred altitude) move to the starting waypoint about 200m away from home point and lost altitude and disconnected from RC.

IT SAVED NO LOGS, DD CAN I HAVE THIS CRASH LOG ??

If this is a DJI drone, you can try “find my drone” in the DJI app. Otherwise, I’m not sure how to help. Good luck!
