Desktop syncing to app problem

I have created some mission on my desktop and synced both.
I connect app and bird to fly and the missions, but are not there.
Yes my tablet has a data connection. it shows some of the mission that I created in the field (they show up on the desktop)
but not the new missions do not show.

What I’m I doing wrong ?

Are you running Android? I had a similar issue with the app. To fix it, clear DroneDeploy’s cache and data in Android’s settings menu and open the app again. If it prompts you to sign in again, you’ve done it right!

My guess is it has something to do with DroneDeploy not noticing the additional mission and not syncing accordingly. By clearing the data and cache, you force the app to download everything again, thereby getting the fresh missions that previously wouldn’t sync.

Hi, Unfortunately I am experiencing exactly the same issues. Already tried clearing the cache (even removed the complete App and reinstalled with no luck.

This is quite frustrating to be honest, because when the synchronization works it’s a great app!!
